Guess who decided to show up quite a few weeks early?

Ahh -- that's right -- my littlest princess. I didn't think for a minute that we'd go to term (as that's not our usual system) but I was praying to make at least February, as she was due at the very end of the month. Alas -- yesterday she decided to knock on the door as ask to come out -- so here she is!

Super cute -- but super small (5#5oz) and not breathing as well as they'd like -- so ... 

To the NICU we go -- She's slowly improving -- she's finally able to eat (via tube) and her chest x-rays are showing slow improvement. This means -- when I leave the hospital -- she will be staying for a while. Hopefully not too long -- we need each other.

Little T's big sisters are already getting in a few baby pets though -- soon she'll be less a novelty and more a daily part of their lives -- soon soon. Breathe deep little girl.
