Wicked ...

This past Thursday we took our three biggest girls to see Wicked (travelling production) at the Landmark theater. It was AWESOME ... If not for the parking fiasco, it would have been a perfect day -- but hey, it all worked out. 

Patrick took me to see the show about 2 years ago when it last came through town, and I loved it SO much that I have since gotten all the girls hooked on the music. I explained the story to them (not giving away the ending, but the basic premise that Elphaba was framed!) so they could enjoy it with me. They were SO excited to watch the real thing. This is their first *big* theater production, we see a lot of church plays, though, so they were ready ... 

They're getting the Lion King in a few months ... hmm. Maybe we need to get tickets for that too --
